CANCELLATION POLICY
(Personal Appointments)
All appointments are subject to a 50% deposit to cement the appointment date.
The balance must be satisfied at the time of the appointment.
Any notification for cancellation of any appointment made known to Surreal Serenity, LLC in less than 48 hours of the appointment time and date (for any reason) forfeits your entire deposit or gift certificate.
If this cancellation policy pertains to you as a client, and you have experienced cancellation issues in the past, deposits cannot be applied for future services. Any future appointments made by you thereafter, must be paid in full to schedule any future appointments.
(Corporate Appointments)
Upon initial contact with Surreal Serenity, LLC a non-refundable commitment fee is required to cement a service date. It is payable by company credit card, in the amount of ½ of the total booking fee. Cancellations/postponements must be made within 72 hours of service, if a request is made two weeks prior to service date. The balance can be satisfied within 30 days of service. If service is requested, yet cancelled/postponed during a shorter window of time the full payment is still required.
